$1.8bil Exports of Mining Industry in 1387      According to the Public Relations of Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), Bureau of Planning and Strategic Studies of IMIDRO announced that more than 99.5 percent of the plan for production of six important products of the IMIDRO subsidiaries was realized in 1387. Those important products include crude steel, cathode copper, aluminum, alumina, iron ore and coke concentrate. Crude steel production summed 10,483,000 tons, cathode copper production totaled 206,000 tons, aluminum production reached to 248,000 tons, alumina production came to 200,000 tons, iron ore production summed 25,280,000 tons and coke concentrate production reached to 1,266,000 tons in the year 1387. The production growth of these products comparing to the year 1386 was 5 percent, 1 percent, 22 percent, 13 percent, 18 percent and 22 percent respectively.
